Body Barn is a hair beauty and holistic salon based in Hampshire. Their services include Hair, Beauty, Nails, and Body, Face and Holistic services.

Body Barn switched to Intersalon from ‘Premier’ salon software because it offered the salon owner Tamara Bonnar an opportunity to manage the salon remotely, vital for a manager who is not based within the salon full time.

Moving from one salon management system to another is not a decision to be taken lightly. Intersalon made this transition as painless as possible by providing data import routines to quickly setup client records, appointment history and the product database.

Body Barn also took advantage of the custom report writing features in Intersalon to create reports that were consistent with their previous package, assisting their accountant for month end and VAT filing.

Body Barn have since expanded Intersalon and have integrated the newsletter module directly into their existing website.

Like most Intersalon customers; once the initial training period is complete Body Barn have no real need to contact the support team but when they do ‘we always find them friendly, helpful and keen to resolve our problems’.
